Dr. Eni Smith joins PGCS as a leading physician specializing in addiction, preventive medicine, and behavioral health, bringing a holistic, patient-centered perspective to our care model.

Dr. Eni Smith earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Princeton University. With a concentration in neurobiological and neurodevelopmental topics.

​She completed her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at Meharry Medical College. Later gaining Master of Public Health from Yale University.
​
Her board certification is in Public Health & General Preventive Medicine.

Dr. Smith practices a holistic, integrative approach, believing in treating patients at biological, psychological, and spiritual levels. She emphasizes bridging conventional medicine with complementary and holistic strategies, tailoring treatment to individuals' full contexts of life.

She maintains an active interest in innovation and novel therapeutics in addiction and behavioral health, remaining engaged with up-to-date advances in the field.

Shuva Das, PMHNP-BC
Shuva Das, is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained a the University of Toledo Medical Center. He offers in-depth evidence-based medication management alongside various therapeutic approaches, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of the individual.

With extensive experience across inpatient hospitals, community clinics, and private practice, Shuva provides comprehensive psychiatric care for individuals across lifespan, from children and adolescents to older adults.

Fluent in Bengali, Shuva brings a culturally sensitive, holistic, and patient-centered approach to care considering factors such as identity, socioeconomic background, and personal values.

With expertise in treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, alcohol/substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. Shuva is dedicated to delivering honest, empowering, and compassionate care.
